What kind of photo works best?
A JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. The bigger the better: at least 600 pixels on the shortest side. Photos straight from your phone are usually perfect. If yours looks too small to print sharply, we’ll tell you as soon as it uploads.
Is the preview exactly what I’ll get?
It’s a close illustration of how your photo sits on the cup you’ve chosen, in the colour you’ve picked. The printed position can vary slightly from cup to cup.
Can you send it straight to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, enter their address as the delivery address, tick “This is a gift” and add your note. We print your message and pack it with the cup, and leave prices out of the parcel.
How much is delivery?
£4.99 to anywhere in the UK, and £9.99 to the rest of the world, per order.
Can I order more than one with different photos?
Of course. Each cup keeps its own photo in your basket, so you can do one for Gran, one for Grandad and one for the dog.
